Our Activity
Meal Distribution
Our foundation was established with a steadfast commitment to combating hunger, a mission that has taken on even greater urgency amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. One of our flagship initiatives has been the distribution of meals to those most affected by the crisis. 300,000 meals were distributed to individuals, ensuring that they had access to nutritious meals during those challenging times. Our efforts have been possible through the dedication of our volunteers, the generosity of our donors, and the collaborative spirit of local communities.
Tree Plantation Drive
We’re deeply concerned about environmental issues such as climate change, global warming, and deforestation and their profound impact on nature, health, and life. Trees are vital solutions for all these issues and it is high time to take effective action to protect our nature. That’s why we’ve organized Tree Plantation Drives across Mumbai, Lucknow, Madhya Pradesh, Kanakchas, Ranchi, and Dhanbad. These initiatives aim to raise awareness and educate communities about the crucial role of trees. It’s imperative to act now, to plant trees and promote greenery, safeguarding our planet, ourselves, and future generations.
Mask Distribution Drive
In 2021, our foundation conducted a Mask Distribution Drive in Sabar Village, Purulia, West Bengal. This rural part of Bengal is home to many underprivileged communities with limited access to education and awareness. Our team distributed masks and provided COVID vaccination awareness to over 300 attendees. We emphasized the importance of using clean masks to prevent contamination and emphasized vaccination as a crucial step in breaking the chain of COVID-19 infections. Our efforts aimed to protect vulnerable populations and promote health in the community.
Book Donation Drive
Books are indeed the truest companions, opening windows to the wider world. However, children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds often lack access to books. Understanding it, we organized a Book Distribution Drive in Vashi, Navi-Mumbai, Maharashtra. More than 50 children received books from our camps, easing a burden for them. It’s immensely satisfying for us to know that our interventions are making a difference in these children’s lives, providing them with opportunities for learning and growth.
Health Check-up Camp
Good health is a precious gift for us but people of the backward section are mostly seen lacking their basic healthcare needs. Our foundation organized medical camps to spread awareness of health and health-related issues among the common people. We emphasized the importance of maintaining hygiene and healthy habits for better health and provided them with general healthcare facilities like health checkups, tests, consultation and needed treatment at free of cost. In 2021, our health camps took place in Sanpada, Nerul, Maharashtra on the eve of our PM, Mr. Narendra Modi’s birthday to make this day remarkable and significant.
Blanket Donation Drive
We also take care of those issues that cause struggles for people with financial insecurity in various situations. One noble initiative we undertook is blanket donation. As winter approaches, many lack access to warm blankets, making survival difficult. To alleviate their sufferings, we organized blanket distribution programs in Saharsa (Bihar), Sanpada, Turbhe and Vashi (Navi-Mumbai), providing warmth and comfort to those in need.
Mahaprasad Distribution
In 2022, on the occasion of Maha ShivRatri, we organized Mahaprasad Distribution in Village Kanakchas, Bokaro. Over 600 people were provided hearty meals, fostering community spirit and ensuring that everyone could partake in the festivities with full stomachs and joyous hearts. It’s moments like these that strengthen bonds and exemplify the spirit of compassion and service.
Green Steps- An Initiative
Green Steps is our environmental initiative aimed at promoting sapling planting. With Green Steps, we provide an innovative opportunity for individuals to plant saplings from the comfort of their homes. This initiative allows people to contribute to environmental conservation regardless of their location or circumstances.
This step encourages people to participate conveniently in meaningful actions toward a greener and healthier planet.
Biscuit Donation
Healingo Foundation organized a Biscuit Donation Program in Sanpada, Navi-Mumbai, Maharashtra, as a small yet impactful initiative. Through this program, we provided biscuits to those in need, offering a source of sustenance and comfort. This initiative has had a profound impact on the lives of individuals, demonstrating that even small gestures of kindness can make a big difference in our communities.
Milk and Bread Donation Drive
We also have organized Milk and Bread Donation Program with the aim to tackle nutritional deficiencies and to provide essential nourishment to those in need. Through this initiative, we seek to ensure that people deprived of adequate nourishment have access to basic yet vital food items. Through this program, we aim to promote health and well-being in our communities by addressing the nutritional needs of vulnerable individuals.
Clothes Donation Drive
Proper clothing provides us with protection, dignity, and confidence. We take charge of making a positive impact through cloth distribution programs. Our distribution program supports underprivileged individuals living in roadside areas, footpaths, and slums by giving them new clothes ensuring that everyone has access to this basic need. This act not only fulfills a daily need but also fills our heart with pride, joy and happiness.
